Florence County, SC
Florence County deputies need your help to identify the three men who broke into various Timmonsville town offices.
They say the men broke into the town clerk’s office, the former police chief’s office and the evidence room Thursday morning.
Deputies think they stole numerous police department weapons, tazers and weapons from the evidence room.
A safe containing certain municipal court records was stolen as well as an undetermined amount of money.
“We are very concerned about these weapons and tazers being on the street, and we are doing everything possible to apprehend the suspects and recover the stolen guns.” Sheriff Kenney Boone said in a press release.
“Safety of the community is our number one priority right now, and we ask that anyone who recognizes the suspects from the photographs or has other information call us immediately.”
Anyone with knowledge or information regarding this burglary is asked to contact Florence County Sheriff’s Office at (843) 665-2121, ext. 373 or Crime Stoppers of the Pee Dee at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
Crime Stoppers is offering a $500.00 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction in this case. You do not have to reveal your identity to leave information.
