There will be four major topic areas covered in this training: Hiring, Policies and Procedures, Management and Corrective Action. Each major topic area will include table-top exercises, group discussion, brainstorming exercises, and networking.
This class is an interactive class that builds on the knowledge base of the 2-day Evidence Management course. It is strongly recommended, but not required, that participants attend the IAPE Evidence Management 2-day course prior to attendance at the Advanced Concepts Course
